The Frank E. Baxter Education Complex is a campus for two high-achieving charter schools in South Los Angeles, California – the Gertz- Ressler High School and the Richard Merkin Middle School. The two schools provides the 875 students with spacious classrooms, science laboratories, multipurpose facilities, a gymnasium and onsite counseling. LIIF provided he Alliance for College-Ready Public Schools and Pacific Charter School Development (PCSD) financing to build the complex, which primarily serves local, low income students and families.
