Tilden Terrace
LIIF provided Los Angeles Housing Partnership, Inc. (LAHP) with an acquisition loan to purchase land for a new affordable, mixed-use, multi-family development in Culver City, California. LAHP will assemble the new parcel with two others owned by Culver City to build the project, Tilden Terrace. Seventy percent of the housing units at Tilden Terrace will be affordable for low income households at 30% – 60% AMI. The site will also include a central courtyard, parking and 11,000 square feet of retail space. LAHP plans to build the property to meet LEED Silver Certification. Demand for affordable housing in this area is high with over 10,000 people on waiting lists to access the new housing units.
