Point Reyes Family Homes, a 27-unit, low-density apartment complex, provides low and very low income families with affordable, high-quality housing. LIIF provided financing to EAH Housing for the acquisition of the 18-acre parcel in Point Reyes, a rural community in Northern California’s Marin County, where the housing was developed. The homes are built as duplexes and the site includes a community, onsite office and an outdoor play area.
