LIIF’s Privacy Policy
LIIF’s privacy policy describes LIIF’s current policies and practices with regard to personal data collected by LIIF through its website, www.liifund.org, including information collected through the online donations section (the “Site”). This privacy policy is independent from LIIF’s offline personal data collection practices for programmatic or organizational purposes. The term “personal data” refers to personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, credit card information, birth date, e-mail address or mailing address, and any other information that is identified with you personally.

In the future, LIIF may add new functionality and features to its website and improve or add to its existing products, services and programs. Information Collected
LIIF only collects personal information about you when you specifically provide it. In connection with online donations, LIIF collects your name, address, email address and credit card number. In connection with online program applications, LIIF collects your name and address, the name and address of your organization, and other information about you or your organization necessary to determine eligibility to participate in a LIIF program.
Use of Personal Data Collected Through the Site
LIIF uses your personal data and/or your organization’s data to answer questions or to comply with its programmatic, regional office and/or grant/loan online forms and/or surveys. LIIF may also use this information to help improve the content and functionality of its website, to better understand its customers and markets, and to improve its products and services. LIIF may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about LIIF’s products or services that it believes will be of interest to you, for example, its annual report, updates to its online grant forms and/or an e-newsletter. Disclosure of Your Personal Data
LIIF is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its online visitors. LIIF may share your information with partners and agents who assist LIIF in the administration of its programs and services, and then only to the extent necessary to implement the program, and only if the partners and agents are under an obligation not to sell or share your information. Except as described in the prior sentence, information that is collected from LIIF’s website is not sold or shared with any individual or organization. LIIF does not control these non-LIIF website’s and is not responsible for their data practices. Links to non-LIIF websites do not constitute endorsements of those websites by LIIF.
Governing Law
This privacy policy forms part of LIIF’s Terms of Use and, as such, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
