A $5 million construction mini-perm leverage loan to Axis Health System (Axis), a group of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) serving low-income individuals in Southwest Colorado. This funding will help fill a critical funding gap and allow Axis to purchase and renovate an 81,000 square-foot-office building in Durango, Colo. which will replace three of its existing clinics. This project serves a population dealing with mental health and substance use challenges, plus homelessness, as well as income-based barriers.
