LIIF NMTC Catalytic Capital Update: Ribbon-Cutting for New Mosaic Building at Damien Center in Indianapolis

Community win in Near Eastside Indianapolis. Today was the ribbon-cutting for the new Mosaic Building at Damien Center, Indiana’s oldest and largest HIV/AIDs service organization. LIIF provided a $6.5 million construction-perm loan, leveraging the power of the federal New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) program, as catalytic capital for this 56,000-square-foot health care and supportive services facility adjacent to the organization’s existing building. Services include HIV testing sites, a pharmacy, mental health programs and a dental clinic.
