These positive assessments reflect LIIF\u2019s continued leadership in deploying capital to historically underinvested communities across the nation, while affirming its reliability as a long-term investment partner.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><section class=\"wp-classic\"><div class=\"container\">\n\n<\/div><\/section><section class=\"wp-core-paragraph\"><div class=\"container\">\n<p>S&amp;P Global Ratings maintained its <strong>\u201cA\/Stable\u201d<\/strong> rating for LIIF, highlighting the organization\u2019s strong loan deployment \u2014 approximately $240 million in new loans during FY24, exceeding annual averages.
