The revitalized People’s Bank Building in Passaic, NJ held its grand opening amid community fanfare. The redevelopment project, part of a renewal of Passaic’s downtown, will bring office, retail and community space to the neighborhood and will revitalize the historic building, which was abandoned for decades.
