Residents in the Josana neighborhood of Rochester, NY celebrated the recent opening of new community store that will offer access to fresh, affordable and nutritious foods. Funded through a competitive grant process spearhead by Foodlink, “Stop One Meat Market” was redesigned to offer nutritious food and serve as a community resource center for promoting healthier lifestyles. LIIF is proud to have supported Foodlink and Stop One through the New York Healthy Food & Healthy Communities Fund, a $30 million fund capitalized by Empire State Development and Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group.
