$15M loan to keep home rehab program afloat
Administered by the Greater Rochester Housing Partnership, HOME Rochester gives individuals and families with low and moderate incomes an opportunity to participate in homeownership in Rochester, NY. Democrat & Chronicle recently featured new funding that will keep the program afloat. The program, which features LIIF as a participating lender, transforms vacant properties through rehabilitation, while providing a safe, affordable home for a family to own and live in for the long term.
