ABCD Fund
The Fund is the financing component of the ABCD Initiative. Recognizing the need for low-cost financing for child care facilities development projects, the ABCD Fund offers child care providers in California a variety of loans and planning grants. In addition to financing, the ABCD Fund provides clients with critical assistance in determining readiness to borrow money and undertake facilities development projects. The Fund also helps borrowers to identify additional sources of financing and connects them to other facilities development resources.
